@Gāoshǒu the furry a grocery store would be the place to go for groceries, so no you would not find those tools there lol. Certainly would find them at a hobby crafts or hardware store. And you don't really need any safety precautions to use a soldering iron if you have some common sense - don't touch the hot end or lay it on your table.
