  • I remember all the times I'd be so desperate to find a good hiding spot in hide and seek that I'd get myself stuck a lot. My parents had to make a new rule that if you had to struggle to get into the hiding spot, you couldn't hide there lol. I mean, I already knew not to hide in, say, the refrigerator, but no one said anything about squeezing myself inside of a wooden crate. I then quickly discovered that, while I could wiggle a lot to get in, I did not have the wiggle room to get out. I also have an intense fear of being unable to move. Small space are fine, but if my arms are pinned down, or my upper body, I lose it.

My Sweet Pets!My Sweet Pets!4 күн бұрын
    • I was not a contortionist but I could get in To small spaces easily and also get out, And my best hiding spots were basically "up". Like above doors in narrow hallways,at the top of closets (horror movie style)and roofs ... Too bad my old friends version of hide and seek is not "find me and then tag me" So I would loose because they were really good seekers and I had to crawl out/climb down. My version of hide and seek is 2 seeker count at designated spot Seeker only need to spot and call out hider then needs to run back to designated spot and Touch it to be caught. Hiders need to touch the spot before the seeker to be immune You can risk getting spotted to get immunity, hide and wait out the clock or if spoted attempt to get immunity

    • @bazz mc fury 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😑 In your view, saying that kids are more capable than we think means that kids are geniuses, need no supervision and can be trusted to cross the road on their own and make their own decisions because they're already adults in small bodies? l o l, you could've paid more attention in English class for better comprehension skills. To teach a child is to instill good habits from an early stage, the more consistent the discipline the more they develop conscious of their surroundings and able to manage themselves better when there's no adults attending to them, which believe it or not, is a reality. It is not possible for children to be supervised 24 hours for 7 days throughout their entire childhood... 🤦🏾‍♂️ and no, having disciplined children doesn't mean you can now let them cross roads or leave them in hazardous environments because you can trust that they are now fully grown adults, at least use some logic 🧠... Company CEOs install cameras to monitor their adult employees despite that they are trained and qualified to do the job, just to be sure they're doing what they're supposed to do, so why leave children unattended? I can't argue to prove wether you're wrong or right in suggesting that it is ineffective to teach children, you are entitled to your own opinion as much as I am to mine, though you think that yours is the most intelligent and correct opinion. If we have to go by your logic, me and my siblings would've been long dead by now😂, but as you can see I'm writing to you which means I am alive, so are my siblings. You must have missed something... Apparently you're speaking from your experience with kids in your families. It's no one's fault that yours are slower and stay unable to learn basic things for longer. It could also be that parenting skills are lacking, that's why the children don't learn, again, not your fault...

Having to put your child on a leash first off is disrespectful but also means you can’t handle/control your kids. Leash/harness should be for animals ONLY!

I was pinned in the backseat of a parked car after a couple girls ran off the road and hit us running an estimated 85 mph..I actually died in the back seat of a car & had the sickest out of body experience ever.. I don't know who invented the jaws of life but they are absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful they were around back in those days...they have saved so many peoples lives and will save so many more! 🙏🏻
