    • @David Medina You've described the lead-acid cell while the "device" in question uses salty water which is alkaline. The sulphuric acid H2SO4 in the real electrolyte makes the oxidation, so now you should explain how NaCl+H2O solution could do that.

    • @Oni Need to be no air inside? Where did you get that info? Normally there is a little filter in them to allow air (clean) to come in/out. I have run drives outside of their casing before when doing recovery. Doesn't hurt them. Of course dust or foreign material on them will, but air? No. Now, there are some that have helium or possibly other gasses in them, but that is only to decrease friction and humidity and such.

    • Yeah just stick an LED bulb with both legs not touching, into a cup of salt water. Does it light up? Therefore, there's another source of power we're not being shown. I hate these videos. People like this COULD make so much better and awesome shit, but they think that the "hidden 1.5-9V battery" trick will still get the clicks. And they're right. Sadly enough. Let's fix this situation ppl. BE MORE CREATIVE, LESS SHEISTY!

    • The hard part is trying to figure out why anyone would take such time to waste the time of others... Oh wait nm, could it be to generate a bunch of comments like these to appeal to the algorithms, who don't discern aggravation from intrigue, increasing how much it's recommended, further wasting time to generate more comments and further promoting the video in a vicious cycle, all in hopes to make some cash off outage and not to mention any potential dangers that could result from the gullible. Darn though. They got me this time. I can only hope that this will encourage at least two other people to NOT comment here or on any of these types of videos going forward and maybe these talentless trolls won't be so willing to waste their own time to pedal these mind-numbingly unnecessary videos.

  • Sometimes (not this time, however) small potential differences show up unexpectedly. I built a little cell to test the conductivity of some wet sand I was using for my research. The two conductive aluminum sheets were cut from the same stock. But with no power present, my voltmeter showed maybe 5 volts across the two sheets with the wet sand between them. I was strongly advised to investigate no further lest I get distracted from my main project. It's still a mystery.

    • Переменный и будет если намотать изолентой одного цвета, а вот если синей и красной то будет постоянный как и сейчас только сила тока прибавиться
